| Family Support Family Support Services is a program designed to assist family caring for a relative with a sever disability and wanting the option of continuing to provide care at home. Severe disability is denied as: attributable to a mental or physical impairment, likely to continue indefinitely, and results in substantial functional limitation in major life activities. Family Support Services can provide funds to purchase goods and services such as but not limited to: respite care, vehicle modifications, transportation, summer camp, home modifications, specialized equipment and homemaker services.
