Pam
Clark – began as Case Manager in Jefferson County in September 1989 and County
Director in 2006. Her educational background is in social services and she
graduated Carson Newman College with a BA in Human Services. Pam’s
enthusiasm and positive attitude in conjunction with experience and education
make her an outstanding part of the DCI team.
