ENCLAVE WORK CREWS

Small groups of people work together at various community sites and are paid an hour or sub-minimum wage based upon their level of productivity. Many of these individuals are later employed by the business or company that contracts with DCI for the services these work crews perform. Some people will choose to work through an enclave model.
