Keith graduated from Carson Newman College in 1996 with a double-major. He worked with the Tennessee Baptist Convention in doing Special Friends Camps and Retreats. Keith went on to work for Douglas as an Instructor I and then as a Personal Assistant. When that job ended Keith went on to work as an ISC (Independent Support Coordinator) for 3 years. After that Keith joined Douglas in 2003 as County Director.
