Joyce Hamilton - Joyce joined DCI in February of 2004 as a Case Manager. Her employment prior to Douglas was as an ISC (Independent Support Coordinator). She portrays 15 years of experience in this area and a degree in Education and Therapeutic Recreation. Her educational background and experience coupled with enthusiasm and the desire to assist each individual that we support to expand their potential, is infectious!
