Paula York --- Executive Director

Paula York – Ms. York holds a BA degree from Berea College, Berea, KY and completed her Masters degree in Educational Psychology at the University of Tennessee. She currently serves as the President of Tennessee Network Community Organizations (TNC0) and was voted Executive Director of the year in 2005. She has served in numerous leadership roles with the rehabilitation community and remains on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Chapter of American Association on Mental Retardation. Paula has worked in the field of developmental disabilities for 29 years
